Parent Volunteers:

We welcome volunteers at Beavercreek. They are a vital part of our school and we try to make volunteering as easy as possible. If you desire to volunteer but find a barrier such as transportation, childcare, language or anything else, please contact us. We will work together to find ways for you to contribute to our school community! We are grateful for your commitment to your child and to our school!

Important information for anyone planning to volunteer or attend field trips this year.

With the safety and well-being of our students always our number one priority, the Oregon City School District requires that all individuals volunteering within the school district (including those accompanying students on field trips) fill out a Volunteer Registration form and have a criminal background verification completed prior to beginning their volunteer activities.

The Oregon City School District is instituting an online sign up system to apply to be a volunteer in our schools. This replaces the paper form we have had in the past. If you have already completed and turned in a paper form for next school year, it has been updated to the new database.

Starting the 2016-17 School Year, when you come in to volunteer, you will sign in on a computer in the office instead of signing in on the clipboard. Then you will sign out on the same computer. You will be able to enter where you will be volunteering in the building that day and the computer will keep track of your time spent helping.
